PRODUCT RETURNS
(STORE POLICIES)

We at Downtown Lumber Home Building Centre make every effort to stock the products you need. Whatever we don't have in-stock, we will be more than happy to special order for you wherever possible.

If any item fails to please, please note the following return policies:

Catalogue Items
We will gladly accept any regularly stocked catalogue merchandise for refund, or exchange, within 30 days of purchase. Simply return the product to us in its original condition accompanied by the bill of sale.

Store Items
We will gladly accept any regularly stocked store merchandise for refund, or exchange, within 30 days of purchase. Simply return the product to us in its original condition accompanied by the bill of sale.

Special Order Items
We will gladly order special items with payment of a 50% deposit (required at time of order). There are No Returns or Refunds on special orders and/or non-stock items.

Miscellaneous Items
We will not be able to accept returns on adhesives. Final Sales and Clearance items are also not eligible for returns. All item are subject to a 10% in store restocking fee and/or a manufacture restocking free.
